June 29, 2015~"Hard Times will Consistently Be There, But So Will Christ"

1. Have you been able to stay in contact with most or all of your converts? How are they doing?
Yeah the majority... Staine family are a little shakey but they write me and Marlene is doing great! Monica is active from what I hear and also Angel in Zaragoza! I saw him the other day actually! Chavez family of course are doing awesome and yeahh

2.  Do you get fed by members very often in this area?
More and more are inviting us

Yeah the rejections keep coming but its all good.  We are trying different things each week. Right now we still don't have any positive investigators mostly because the area is surrounded with Catholic crap so kinda hard...but still working hard! Honestly you won't really hear too much from me these last weeks just that I am alive and if  I am alive you know I'm doing good haha...its just I only want to talk to people in my area and my comp haha... anyone else is a second option so yeah I'm focused on doing something here. Right now we are improving the relationship with the members because before there wasn't a good one with them and the missionaries I guess. That's the rundown for the week haha... sorry Mom I know your hating not hearing too much but asi es (so it is)...Love you guys!

June 22, 2015~ "You Only Fail When You Stop Trying"

1. What is your apt. like in this area?
Its really big and not as hot as the last one haha

2. How long has Elder Mapusua been out?
one change less than me

3. Are you still a Zone Leader?
yeah unfortunately...haha

Yeah still getting settled in the area.  Our plan this week kinda failed.  We got rejected 178 times this week if you were wondering (yes I have been counting this change) haha, just to see how many times we are putting ourselves out there.  But we have a new plan for this week to focus on less actives to see if they can bring us to some Baptisms.

Glad you finally got to meet Pdiddy haha...I still think its nuts that he is home! And I'm still keeping up on my Kriol too so don't worry haha I love it! They told you about the concert plans?! I don't even know what the plans are haha but I will find out later. Glad to hear everything is going good and that the boys are playing well! I am lame for not writing a lot but I hate this keyboard and not too much to report ...all is good! Love you mom and peeps!

P.S.  Tell Ike I'm prayin for him and hope all works out!!

June 15, 2015~The Trick is to Enjoy Life...Don't Wish Away Your Days, Waiting For Better Ones Ahead"~Marjorie Pay Hinckley

1.So did you stay? New comp?  Fill us in....
No I left...

2. I see that the HIntze's son arrived in El Salvador....have you got to meet him yet?
 Yeah I did

Haha well I was thinking about sending more stuff.. the more interesting stuff.. but I couldn't..I have to make sure it gets home and I would rather live knowing I lost it than someone else so I have it all ...just made some more room in the bags.

Yeah have fun meeting Pdiddy ..haha he is a crazy cat fo sho.  Hope all goes well with Ike too... prayin for him!!
Thats crazy Marsh and Carson get home soon...is that real?? When does Carson get home? Glad to hear Jake got back too man...I remember when he left!

So anyways this week we had changes and I left Sonsonate...I'm really sad because I loved being there for the short time I had and I'm kinda struggling having to adjust again. I'm in Santa Tecla, Asturias Ward with....Elder Mapusua!!! I'm struggling with the area but I love "Mapu." He was Stin's comp for 3 changes and he honestly is one of the best guys in the mission.  He makes us feel good all the time and works really hard. He is from Compton California, is Samoan, umm he eats like nothing....hahaha jk, but he has the biggest heart.  I know it will be a fun last change and know I got my own bodyguard here so no one is messin wit us! If it weren't for him I feel like  I would be pretty down on myself about having to change. All is good though I will toughen up and stop being a baby. We met Hintze's son this week and he said he remembered me which was kinda weird haha..  he is a cool guy too! Well sorry I suck at writing but that is all I got.  Have fun while I'm gone ooo ooo ooooooo!

June 8, 2015~ "How We Live Our Religion is Far More Important Than what We Say About Our Religion"

1.  So how was it meeting Jorge? I saw the pictures.
It was good, a little rushed because we had our leaders meeting with Pres, but good!

2.  Did you ever buy yourself shoes?
Yeah I did ballin haad!

3. Was the volcano trip cool?
Yeah it was... first time in a long time I have felt cool weather!

4. Transfer week...any surprises?
Supposedly one of us is leaving and Stin will not be my comp again... there was a chance Pres told me but he is staying in Belize

Thats cool to see all the pictures but again because of the anguish I felt I have to repeat Stock do something with the hair you can't leave it like that!

Anyways thats sick to hear how the boys had some wins! I'm not really gonna comment on anything else haha.

My week was dopeeee! Guess what? Antonio got his interview with Pres and passed!!! So yesterday we baptized him! Tony Moroni as we call him now! hahaha The baptism went amazing... so many good testimonies and in sacrament meeting he got up and bore such a powerful testimony it was so cool! I felt so cool when he said I have smoked since I was 9 years old and right now I am going on 2 days without smoking! You can totally see the change in this man's life.  He has truly repented and is such a chill guy! Everytime we go over which is like everyday to see how he is doing he gives us a glass of Coke haha bottoms up! So yeah I am so stoked for this new change though ....as always I hate changes.... just hate having to get used to something else...I hope I don't go because I love where I am at and the people so we shall see. But if I do at least I repped it Friday night in bball and we never lost out of 9 or 10 games (lost count). haha.   Please continue praying for Antonio so he can continue fighting and for us to find more peeps! Love You... especially you Mom! Peace!

June 1, 2015~"Never Stop Doing Your Best Just Because Someone Doesn't Give You Credit"

Wow people leaving and people getting married ...looks like the record keeps on playing the same song hah!
That is cool Stock has a goal in mind and I hope he works hard for it and achieves... it why not?!
Not too much too comment on but I do have pictures! BUT I will send them later because we don't have too much time.  We are going to the volcano here in a little bit and being in charge of the whole thing is kinda stressful. The party is dying down ...sadly I'm kinda scared...I gotta finish out the mission on a high note! Sorry not too much info this week but I will send pictures when we get back! We had our weekly Friday night bball and won like 7-8 games.. we never left the court! It was fun and thats all I look forward to now because p-days are kinda lame... anyways all is good here.. just trying to do my thang! Love all of you and Mom! You never said how your bday was either?!

Love Elda Clev

May 25, 2015~"The Depth of your Struggle will Determine the Height of your Success"

So to start the week  I will just say that I am pretty sure me and Elder Paulson now hold the record for most interchanges done. This week the APs came to my zone and me and him worked together haha ...you knew it had to happen!

As for Bobby thats so sick!!!!!! I forwarded that to Stin because I know he will love that... he is just mad I am going home soon hahah. Jake goes home soon too in a couple weeks.

Anyways as for Antonio he is fighting hard and it seems to be getting better! He is down to 2 a day and is on a plan to have zero by tomorrow. Thanks for the prayers they are definitely helping and he has gotten a lot better! We hope the 27th he gets baptized baby!! Our zone is doing really good in terms of the mission.  We have the potential to be the best zone this month for the country of El Salvador! (Belize City is killing it) haha Elder Hale is the ZL there and says a lot of the people we taught have gotten baptized and that zone could break the record for most baptisms in a month for our mission. I hope they do because I love Elder Hale and because I served there and love those people!

Thats kinda it for the week... I will try and send pics next week! Oh and I forgot! Every week we play bball Friday Nights and I swear I have gotten better with bball on the mission ..and I scored like 50 points and 5 blocks no kid!! Love ya Ma and friends!!  And Happy Birthday Momma!! see you soooooon :)

May 18, 2015~"Wake Up with Determination, Go to Bed with Satisfaction"

1.  Is there anyone you are teaching that is close to baptism?
Yeah this guy named Antonio who is working to get baptized the 27th

2. What do you do for P-Day in that area?  What is there to see?
Nothing haha... there is nothing really in this country and then again I have been to Belize where there was more so I am kinda a debbie downer

3. Do you have to be home at an earlier time in this area?
Nope all is calm at night...at least from what we know hahaha ....always keeping you on your toes Mom!!

Dang sucks that they lost a game they should have had but good thing they aren't out yet!
Thats so crazy Mitch is done!! Could you tell her to email me?! I wanna see how things are going with her. and Nick is engaged?!!! what the?!!!! good for him though I am sure there isn't a dull moment with him around haha.

Everything is going good here... we are getting a lot more organized and trying to find peeps. Our investigator Antonio is super positive and wants to get baptized just he has smoking problems but has been doing really good.  He has gone down from 20 a day to 2 and is fighting hard to get baptized! I freaking love this guy.  He is so funny and really knows a lot but its a struggle for him trying to stop this addiction. We gave him a blessing and pass by him everyday to help him out. So please pray for Antonio so he can get baptized the 27th!!! He even told me he wants me to baptize him so I am hoping and praying for this guy! He has really shown a strong desire to change a lot of things in his life too.

Anyways thats all I really got. Time is really something I do not have and the days go by way too fast! We set up playing b-ball with a good mixture of less actives, actives, and investigators and its super fun though with the heat I literally leave soaked in sweat... its ridiculous. But lovin life as always and ENDING IN THE PRIME BABY!!!! Love everybody and you mom HAPPY BIRTHDAY too!!!  Kae too!! :)
