July 20, 2015~"Take Pride in how Far You have Come and have Faith in How Far You can Go" (Last Email)

Yeah we are definately making a difference here and not just in food eaten... haha.  Glad you guys were able to enjoy another week and of course see some ball games.

As for my week we had a lot of problems with missionaries so that was fun haha. Kattya accepted her date! She gets baptized....tomorrow!!!! She is so ready and I am so happy for her. I hope her and her boyfriend get married in the temple like they have planned! That is about all that really happened worth noting. I'm ready for this next week to get the baptism and all done..."Finish in the Prime!"
Oh wait...I go home this week don't I??? haha...I will fill you in with all the details there then! Pray for Kattya. I love this country... I'm 50% SalvadoreƱo and 50% Belizian.. the people are the coolest ever and probably the only ones that  wouldn't have deported me, though they did have to share time so  it wasn't too much time! I love this work.  Ilove you guys and you Mom, and more importantly I love my Heavenly Father and my Savior Jesus Christ! I deh Belizian! Soy SalvadoreƱo! Thanks to everyone who got me here and to those who kept me here  (mostly with their food). Peace and love!

July 13, 2015~Life is About Moments; Don't Wait for Them, Create Them"

1.How was the visit from Elder Ochoa?
It was good, haha had to share my last testimony in the meeting too...crazy! but he said a lot of good stuff

2. Tell us how you think serving a Mission has changed you....
Ha mom thats a question that I will have to answer a lot longer than I can write. ..to put it in short I feel like a Bclev 2.0 now... a lot better version of me.  I still have my errors but I feel so happy about who I am. Also my desires and goals have totally changed. I now have a vision in life and not just where I'm gonna eat the next meal!

Thats crazy Kota is engaged.  Yeah I can't wait to see all my old friends and stuff so I hope Abbey comes! I'm sad I won't see Mike... I will have to somehow set something up with him.

I'll be honest hearing that Melanie and Jimmy are coming just made my week! I'm now super excited to come home!! haha thanks for making me baggy but I know it won't carry over...I have been doing really good at not letting my feelings affect my work here. But yes I am super excited about them...thats so dope... but now looks like I just gotta leave LAX on my own ahhhhh me and the city......hahaha you still can't win.

Well this week the zone has been having a lot more success and it sucks because with all sisters we have to leave our area to do things, so we ran around the zone this week doing interviews and seeing Baptisms. We did have some problems with the sisters and we had to talk to them but all went well and they didn't get mad even though they had reason to be mad. I feel like I have learned how to handle problems a lot better.   I saw Stin at our zone leaders meeting over skype but when we started talking Pres gave me the cut it out sign because Elder Ochoa was there hahahaha... might have been for the better but probably the last time I will see him till he is home.

Other things... are we were able to have our investigator Katia who is positive come to one of the baptisms and we hope it helped her... she is so ready! I hope she accepts the date to get baptized before I go! Tonight we have a family night with her and her boyfriend and his family so pray everything goes well! As for anything else just doing work and planning more dinner appoinments haha. I'm really happy though because this zone is one of the hardest zones and we might Baptize double digits this month, which hasn't happened here in a long time. I might not Baptize the whole world but I am happy to help those around me have success as well... like what I saw in Sonsonate. Well thats all I got... love you guys and have a good week without me!

July 6, 2015~The Decision to Believe is the Most Important Choice We Ever Make...It Shapes All Our Other Decisions"

KOTAS ENGAGED?! ..To who?!  Hopefully..I'm pretty sure I will be there haha ...if I'm invited of course. We are continuing to do work and we are finally seeing improvement! Our ward mission leader gave us a really good plan and we have been following it and seeing success! We finally have a good investigator too, so we will see what happens there! This week Elder Ochoa from the Area Presidency comes so that should be cool.  I'm having fun working hard and loving life as always! 4th of July we spent at a semi active member's house who goes to the AP's ward but lives in our area. She is Hawaiian and has a nice house! We ate really good food too.. like this pulled pork type stuff that is probably as close to sweet pork as I will get haha but yeah we were supposed to see fireworks but the kids with fireworks were making trouble so they left...don't matter, I will be back for the 24th anyways! All is good here... just trying to stay healthy and also not get in too much trouble so I can be able to come back when expected hahaha! Love you guys and have a good week! Love you Mom!

The following pictures were sent from Sister Hintze (Mission Pres. Wife) and this is what she had to say about the pictures....

"We went to Elder Cleverly's Zone Meeting yesterday.  He is so great!  He is a fabulous leader and so happy!"

"He was talking about teamwork and that John Stockton was the best passer ever...a Real Team player.  He took the Zone to the Basketball court and did a teamwork activity.  They loved it!  He really is working hard every minute.  We will miss him!
